How do I join a FragHunt game server?
Open the Servers page, choose a server, and use its join or connection information. The live page also shows the current map, player count, and status so you can pick the right place before launching the game.
Why are my game stats missing or delayed?
Stats arrive from participating FragHunt servers after gameplay is processed, so a new round may not appear instantly. Make sure you played with the same Steam identity shown on your public game profile. Older or very short sessions may not contain the newer detailed metrics.
How do I claim a public game profile?
Sign in to FragHunt and link the matching Steam account from your member account. When the Steam identity matches the public server profile, the claim option connects those records to your FragHunt member profile.
Can I change my username or profile information?
You can update available personal and profile settings from the Member Panel. Some identity fields may be protected to keep links, moderation records, and game profiles consistent.
How do I report a player or a server problem?
Create a thread in Support with the server, approximate time, map, player Steam ID, and a concise description. Add useful screenshots or clips if you have them. Never post passwords, recovery codes, private tokens, or other sensitive account data.
How do I ask about or appeal a ban?
Open Game bans, select the case, sign in with the FragHunt account linked to the affected Steam account, and submit the appeal from the case page. Use the Support forum only if the case is missing or the appeal form itself is not working.
I cannot sign in. What should I try?
Check the exact error, confirm you are using the correct sign-in method, and try the password reset flow if the account uses a password. If Steam sign-in or account linking fails repeatedly, note the time and error before asking in Support—do not share credentials or authentication codes.
